Serial Killer

by Karla   Sep 21, 2012

While I confess the murders of the minutes,
my hour tries to count the grains falling
on the palm of my hand like hail.

One, two, three minutes to cut the throats
of the sixty seconds left between
my tortured veins and my icy skin.

Very intense and deeply felt. Crime portrayed simply but beautifully in just few lines. Its amazing how you create brilliant pieces using simpe words. That's the attribute of a dextreous persona. So passionate your poems are they're deeply evocative of thoughts buried in one. Lovely work!
