Temptation of love

by lillie   Sep 22, 2012

In my bed, throughout the house its silent and still.
Images of you pop into my mind, my heart races, i love the chase and the thrill.

Your eyes oozing of pure dark chocolate, your skin the colour of sand.
Shivers run up my spine as you slowly grab my hand.

lips tucked under the lobe of my ear, you touch my hair pulling each strand.

Your hands make their way around my waist.
I imagine my lips touching yours, tempted for one last taste.

Your gaze keeps my heart thumping, you love the thrill of the chase.
I let you kiss me softly, as all my thoughts become erased.

You let go of me, only to find myself wanting you even more.
my heart aches, each step you take to the front door.

I pull you back, like my prey, i corner you, keep you still.
I can feel your heartbeat, and your excited with thrill.

Our eyes meet for a long time in the dark,
your lips make their way one last time to the lobe of my ear oh the greatest type of chill.

I close my eyes waiting for all my temptations to once again be fullfilled.

A very illustrative poem Lillie which I enjoyed!
It's a story set inside a poem which I found enthralling Lillie.
    A nice write!
