Swirling prettiness
an angel without her wings
yet still so serene

    Mon Dieu, this is fantastic!

My perception of this Haiku is seeing beauty beyond what society considers beauty to be.

The image of flightless angel would definitely stand out, I know in my mind it does, to be something unusual. For what's an angel without it's wings? It's different yet it's still a beautiful angel. This is an interesting, thought provoking write. I feel extreme depth in it. Nicely done.

That is indeed beautiful. It also makes me think of handicapped people: "an angel without her wings". But they could still do so much, sometimes even better than those who aren't disabled.
It seems one-dimensional at first glance but I think it could be interpreted in various ways and the imagery this depicts is just gorgeous.
Thought I'd mention: there is a typo in the title, "haiku". Great write.

Serenity is just what I feel when I read this Jenni!!! I love this so much- how you describe this angel so delicately and with wonder at how she will acquire those wings if she will...Great haiku on the prompt :)
