Beyond the frontdoor

They look at me , They see my clothes , they think they know me , they think they know my history, the place that I come from , the thing that I like just looking and judging do you think what your doing is right? Is it really hard just to ask , instead of judge, Is it really that hard to even look inside to see , I bet if they took a minute to look beyond the front door, I bet if they'd look they'd know alot more, Just in an instant they think they know everything, the person I am to the songs I sing, the things I like to what life the things I bring, But if they just took a minute to ask and look stop reading the cover of me, look inside read a few chapters , look beyond what they see and find , I'm not really weird in mind. They think they know , but the don't, They look at me as I'm an Alien, when I'm shy and quiet , almost like I'm from another planet , some place far from here they think they know me , my history, my personality, just looking at my clothes , looking at me , why cant they just look inside, beyond the front door and see, I'm a regular person like any other girl or guy, I just have a mind that money cant buy, they think they know what I feel my pains , my horrors , my ups , my downs, the times I feel I can fly through my thoughts, my feelings, in the sky, but once again they don't,but once again I bet they'd know alot more if they looked into my eyes, my heart, the real me inside , beyond the clothes, my scared face, I bet they'd know alot more , if they took a minute to look beyond my front door.
