Words are throbbing with
an incurable headache.
I will write no more.

Seriously a thoughtful piece... I loved this short and deep senryu... So true about the emotions you want to convey here...

So true Chels, just so true!

For someone who thinks a LOT I find it so difficult sometimes to tame the feeling of wanting to write more and say more. But life taught me that sometimes the absence of words is the right thing to do.

This is a deep one sweetie, it got me to think a lot!

I know that feeling. What makes this good is that it's so true. I like how you got straight to the point. I used to write all the time but defiantly don't write as much anymore. You seem to have taken over, lol. Good piece of so few words.

    Chelsey,
you have been writing too much.

have some rest at least for one day and you'll feel better. ;)

It hurts a lot when the words just piled up in our head and we are trying to write them down and as we write them down, more words and more words continue to join that pile and it causes an incurable headache if we don't give it some rest. hehe.

yeah, I felt that you wanted to say that in this short senryu. Well written.

Wouldn't it be nice if you could drown the words in a vat of Tylenol?? I love this poem, because its true... sometimes those words scream at you night and day to be exposed and read... and sometimes the heart and soul are not ready yet.... Love this powerful senryu!!
