Hard To Imagine

by Shannon   Jun 29, 2004

It's hard to imagine
A life with ease
No hardships or troubles
Absence of disease

No smells of death
No need for pain
Crying tears
Or any blame

I wouldn't feel lonely
Or need any dough
To cover the bruises
Or feel so low

I wouldn't worry
Or feel any guilt
I wouldn't cry
Over milk that's been spilt

But these are just illusions
They could never be
It's hard to imagine
A better life for me
