Death and Honnor

by Samuel Ernst   Oct 5, 2012

In the waking hours, has the sky
begins turn from midnight blue to
brightend grey and cast upon my weary face.

I look upon the field where my brothers lay,
Motionless, has if sleeping with their eyes open,
Sedated in death.

The field of honnor has taken them,
Valhalla calls them home on wings of Valkrie.

I lay my helmet upon the earth and pray,
"Glory to Freya, Glory to Thor, Glory to Oiden!"

I fall to the ground in silent victory,
let the light kiss my face.
I close my eyes..............I smell the mead......

Sam....this poem is really good and I love all the mythology characters you introduced here but...can you go over it...you have some very obvious spelling errors and...it really spoils it right now....will come back to this because I did like it.

My spell check is broken I guess, I pressed it like 5 times and all it gave me was THIS IS A TEST, and then SPELL CHECK COMPLETE.

I suck at spelling, really bad, part of the getting blown up thing, and my computers spell check dosnt work, so Im screwed.

Also, those are real Gods to some people, please refrain from refering to them has mythological characters.
