Dialogue of Justice

by Larry Chamberlin   Oct 5, 2012

"I protest my innocence!"
"Read the charges against him."

"The prisoner is charged with assault
of public sensibilities;

with aggravated battery
of the good will of his fellows;

with breach of his fiduciary duty
toward humanity, in the first degree."

"Oh, well, yeah, I did all that."

"You are sentenced to life
among those you betrayed.

May it be a long life indeed."
