Ok, this really spoke to me, I love this. I can totally relate tot his and i get the part where you say she has become a part of you, like it is something you have lived with for so long that you cannot imagine how it would be without that there.

I like the way you used almost like an animal shedding its coat, to describe getting rid of her, like you could just shed this inside soul and make them disappear.

I also like how you describe it as someone having control of you, like the person inside controls your voice and body and just makes you trapped with no way of making her go. And yet you are clearly telling her you want her to go to become free and let go of the past, which means letting go of her.
