MIMICK IMMITATION !!

I,m out of sync with myself
forgot whats right and wrong
left the baby crying
left it far to long
i lost my way with people
they've got control of me !!!
lost my way completely
forgotten how to see
i found my light in darkness
found joy inside the pain
broke every single promise
to not go there again
sold my faith to demons
for the price of self belief
tried to be a giver
but i ended up a thief
i can,t find the key
to unlock me from this place
my self imposed containment
the mask behind my face
i want to find forgiveness
but i do not know my sin
i think i know the ending
but where do i begin ?
well , i mimicked imitation
thought it was my own
i saw my own reflection
still standing there alone
