Living or Existing ?

Yes, I can die tomorrow
But I don't wanna know the time
If I can still feel the sun burn my skin
Then I suppose that I'm still alive

I can't tell you that I've treasured my past
And I can't tell you where I want to go
But if there's one thing that I absolutely know
It's that I'm dying with every breath I take
If I don't wake from my dreams
Just know that I've walked into a realm
Is my soul really my own to sell
Or do I just perish in vain

I have yawned from living restlessly
I'm tired of singing the same old song
They say I'm just fine, but unfortunately
I look in the mirror and see everything wrong

I have a great, dissatisfying heart
And it beats a very slow, exhausting blow
Is living really a friend or foe
Or is it only a deadly gift for me
If you see the light in my eyes disappear
Just understand that I'm far away
If this is how my life will remain to stay
Then I wish my spirit to be free
