Mother Earth

by Ayla Cortimai   Oct 17, 2012

My whisper flys through the trees
as my blood flows through the river
You lie in my hair when you lie in the grass

My love is the rays of light
as my hate is a frozen night.
I change my emotion with a simple breeze

My stomach is the forest floor
as my arms are the desert sand
All of which you stand

You are al my children
All of you I love
I am your mother

I am the Earth
