Thank you.
For my nightmares,
My bruises,
For using me and;
Letting my know how to feel love.

Love.
Is what people say.
A word.
Tossed around to make you feel warm before;
They steal it away and make you feel
Cold.

Rape.
I guess you must have loved me.
Wanted me all to yourself.
No matter how much i resisted,
You just kept loving me.

Love is evil.

    This is so sad and I could relate a lot to your words.

    Thank you - this verse shows all that you suffer from and the abuse you have recieved. It affects is mentally as well as physically and it is a struggle every day we have to fight.

    Love - I adored the way you used hot and cold here to contrast the opposite affect it can have. Love means a warm feeling and so when it is taken away it leaves us frozen and icy cold. You have learned love is a bad thing through this experience and in reality love is a good thing when it is given by good people.

    Rape - again, the abusers tell you it is love and it never really is. It leaves us afraid of love and we disconnect from love and everyone who tries to love us.

    This was such a good release of emotion, keep writing.
