I think the moon refers to you, if not maybe to someone else, because I feel there's something sad here, something that the moon is trying to show, say, or maybe do. Maybe its trying to shine like the sun.
But thats ok the moon is already shining, and its own the night.:)

Hmm I cant seem to figure this out and I know you want me to...so I thought Id tell you good job with your message because I don't think I'd get it right if I tried guessing....what I can kind of get out of this is the sun and moon represent two people. ...The moon is looking up to someone, being taught how to live by someone, and when that someone deceases, perhaps it will take what it has learned and rise alone with the wisdom it received from the sun.....

I really have a weird way of analyzing poems, but that is what I got out of it anyway haha!!

The moon worships the sun, it follows its lead... if the sun were to disappear, the moon would have no one to follow, therefore would lead a blind path... having to venture out on it's own.

I'm assuming this is a metaphor and it has some deep meaning... but I don't have a clue as to what it is. I like the idea of it and I understand most of it, I think lol.

Wow, I would like to know how you got this idea in your head. It could perhaps be a random thought that could very well be true, it is very thought provoking. Or it could be representing something else within yourself and this is how you have used the words to express it.

When I read this, I feel a sense of a wistful sigh, a thought, coming from someone that is always looking in from the outside or perhaps, always in the shadow of someone else.

As usual, it is really just one line that really grabs me.

"The moon will rise alone."

This is a really beautiful, meaningful piece. I almost feel like this piece is about someone who only sees things that they're told to see, and follows someone they're supposed to follow, that they're maybe intimidated by? There's maybe a fear, but yet a desire to break away and stand alone and start making their own choices, or their own thoughts. Or this person kind of just sits on the sidelines like a wallflower, watching everyone. Just my thoughts.

It's a beautiful idea, the sun/moon thing. And keeping "The moon will rise alone." as a line of it's own, it gives it more depth and meaning, I feel. That was really smart.

There's some punctuation mistakes that need fixed. They comma in the second stanza needs to have a space after it for the word "maybe" and the word "see's" needs the apostrophe removed.

Other than that, lovely piece.
