Karla, when you look behind this poem, you see you and who you are and what you live for, you see your heart and your kindness and the love you have for those around you, you see pain and heartache and a helplessness to save someone close to you, maybe someone who is sick, or maybe someone who has taken a wrong path, but you definitely feel a sense of sadness and heartbreak and I love the emotion in the words and the urgency for them to be heard, it is tragically beautiful.

I don't always like repetition but here it works really well in making the poem stand out and it is a very important call you are giving.

Keep writing because you truly are special and sometimes it is these poems that are really the best, the raw ones.
