I really enjoyed this poem. I was curious to find out what it's about! I like how you defined happiness in the beginning.. it was an interesting take.
I love this part: "Seeking happiness is like
tasting chiffon spun cream:
so attractive, smells so sweet
but melts away threadbare"
From what I understood, I think you mean that happiness comes and goes, and could last a short time, like the taste of meringue... but you should still enjoy those moments.
