Your Hugs

by emily   Oct 27, 2012

What i wouldn't give for another one of your hugs,
They're the kind i used to hate,
The kind that don't absorb you,
That you don't get lost in,
The warm ones where you could stay there forver.

No, you're bones are too prominent,
Your arms around my neck too thin
You're too skinny
Not even lanky, because you're awfully short
I'm taller than you.

But your hugs,
I have them memorized,
Your arms hastily wrapped around my neck,
Your torso against mine,
It probably lasts about three seconds,
But in my mind its ten minutes.
Your breath on my neck,
I never wanna let you go.
