I'm still unsure about this type of form. I read somewhere in an article that each line should stand on it's own and that it's better if each of those are nouns. Though, I guess this one "one for all" can stand on its own.

I like how it sounds and the message as well.

    Friends
    in needs
    all for one
    and one for all
    pals

EDIt: Though, I think it should be Friends
    in need..or perhaps,

    Friends,
    in needs

Friends are beneficial to our existence. They become a family to us in the long run. We may have siblings, we can share thoughts and ideas with but we do need friends at times to unburden our hearts. That special friends that you've sailed through all stormy seasons together and your friendship is staunch like a rock. Someone who'll be with you irrespective of your financial power. A friend whom without wasting further time will help you in any problem that you're caught up in.

Friends are suppose to be a blessing in ones life, a shining armour, a twin. Someone you do all together and share everything, regardless of age, social status, culture, religion and knowledge. A lovely short and precise message about friends.
