Wow, I love this poem! First, the title caught my eye. It was a very well-chosen title! And then I was captivated from the first line..

"I felt your presence in places
when I was sure I was all alone"

^^ this part felt spooky, but kind of in a good way if that makes any sense. I was really drawn to the poem from this part.

I like the mention of 'hide and seek' because even though it's a game, if it's compared to your life, then it's not fun! And I like how you state that you don't enjoy the game, yet this person does.

I like the ending. It was sweet and hopeful... I like that it's not obvious how the story ends between these two people, but the fact that you stated that his heart is there for you to claim leaves the reader thinking there is a possibility of something there!

I swear if you write songs for pop artists, you would smash the music industry... because you have this lyrical easiness when writing about love and sadness.

This poem is truly beautiful... I love you word choice, I find this poem to be warm and sweet it describes love in a tender yet romantic way.
