    Ugh.

I am horrible when it comes to Acrostics. I think maybe it has something to do with having to conform to the word chosen prior to the write?

    Undisciplined, I am! lol

    Anyway...

I like how you tie the smile into the strength of the friend, to help guide you through life's...bullshit.

Only thing I might change, first word...should it be broken into two? Some things, rather than somethings?

    Lovely, as usual Natasha!

I have a massive childish grin on my face... :D

Its the first time I've tried an acrostic,
As like you I'm not a fan of following suit... I like doing my own thing.

I think your right & its been amended.

      Thank you Cara :)

This is beautiful! I love it and I think it should be made for cards. It is very uplifting and reminds us that no matter what life brings us, our friends will be there to guide us through and offer support.

    Beautiful! x

You have a great talent in your writing, a very precise pen natasha, and this is a wonderful write, i love to write acrostics, and the trick to getting them is the flow, so as you read thought.it your not thinking about what letter. Your on...this piece flowed beautifully, great write sweety :)

    Okaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay
    I know this isn't my thread...BUT
(you do have the option to remove it)

I just wanted to state on record:

    Everytime I see "Mouseboy"
I get the most ridiculous image
that includes, a cape, tights, one of
those skimply old school black tie
    on masks....and cheese.

    =/

    Just sayin.

EDIT: I don't what the hell "skimply" is. Add it to the Haloz book of ebonics.

    I meant SKIMPY. =)

I'm glad you like it missy....

When I visit my place of thinking, there is a specific tree I sit under...
So if I'm struggling with what to say...or getting a sketch out, I take a deep breath and overload on mother natures surroundings...

You see, my trees roots are strong and long.
The breeze through the leaves are like gentle whispers of encouragement, as i breath in all of natures beauty and wonders.
I smile at the idea, that my helping hand isn't far away at all. :) xx

Natasha, I love this, it is a sweet dedication to two awesome people, but also a poem that all of us could find someone to dedicate it to.

The flow is really smooth and that is something that I find difficult to achieve in acrostics, but you nailed it, you penned a beautiful piece

    I love it :)
