Free Spirit

I am alive now and only now.

I am not my past, the best of my past
has carried over to make me who I am.

In my head, I have a notion of who I want to be.

I will follow this and nothing else and my
life will be everything I need it to be.

I cannot run from my demons, I
can only face them as they come.

I will continue to cause the same trouble
in my life until I learn the lessons that
I am meant to learn.

All I have in my life are my loved ones.

I will never be afraid to tell them that
I love them and remind them of it everyday.

I will NEVER apologize for how I feel.

This is the most REAL part of me.

If I cannot embrace my emotions,
I will never be MORE than them.

I can die at any moment, I am very mortal.
My body takes a great deal of stress and
punishment yet still accomplishes great things.

I will prophesize my own life.

"Argue for your limitations and sure
enough they're yours."

Chew on that.

I will never hesitate with what I think.

I am indeed a blessing to those I can
reach out and touch.

There is never "good enough."

There is only I chose to do it or I didn't.

There is no inbetween.

I bear the responsibility for my own life.

Many people have gone through harder
situations and come out better.

I AM WORTH IT.

This is what I am, no lies, no ego, no socialization.

This is me.

Uncensored.

Uninteruppted.

Raw.

    Ok so lets do this eh?

    Sometimes when we have been through so much it is difficult to see the good in the world, and once we recognise the past was bad but has made us who we are and that the present and future can be good we have a fresh starting point.

    From that starting point we can realise what is most important to us and focus on it to make us finally content. It gives us strength to face things that we may have been running from in the past or the strength to over come what may lay ahead, but most importantly, it empowers us to to act confidently, without apologies, without limitations, it free's us.

    When we have dark pasts it can shut us down emotionally (i know this from first hand experience) but when we see that emotions = living, we embrace them and understand our own self worth, our own value.....through this we are empowered to to take charge of life and not just "make do" or "settle"

    This is an extraordinary write, truly inspirational....you amaze me with your writing...and i just adore you x
