I love how the second line has you questioning yourself, then you contrast it, then dive straight back in. It is a major switch of emotions, and, the reader's feel it. Also, drawing a connection between flying and the cliff. I mean, the whole poem is brilliant. It really is. Paralleling dreams and being a coward. . . it's fantastic A flightless coward. You get that from the story. Yet it is so easy to relate to because were all like that. beautiful piece, I'm nominating it. |
