In my dream

In my dream I have saw myself die.
All because of her who had told a terrible lie.
I am on the phone with a friend sounds like me.
In the persona of the unknown.

All I feel is alone.
Giving seems about right.
My life has had a good run.
But tonight I look down the barrel of this gun.
There he lay his body like it weighed a ton.
For his soul is one with the sun.

I soon Awake. And
I am aware that what I dreamed wasn't my end but it was my best friend. He knew the day he saved me from drowning in the lake. That when he killed himself.
I'd carry on and live for my sake.
