Pieces

by theresadreamer   Nov 14, 2012

She spent hours of her life
Running around, smiling, looking.
Wasting daylight in the day
That she was trying to piece together.
Using what she could find,
She tried to piece today together-
Something, anything, to keep her smiling-
Forgetting that puzzles still fall apart.

O dear this piece made me sad but in a good way I mean Adreamer is right we can all agree we've done it before 5/5

I am surprised that no one has commented on this piece, I mean enough of the people around here can relate and it is something that says a lot about life in general and about you as well. Even if you just perceive someone else's life to be this way. It is a piece that turned out well and was very interesting. The only thing that bothers me about this is that the word choice is lacking anything to grab my attention or make this stand out.
