Hypnosis: A Surgery of the Mind's Eye

The only substitute for pain is that of a different tier, a change that erodes the depths of the unseen. For within pain reside the tears of your fear, and fear is nothing but a smoke screen inside your mind. And when I say your I mean my, because along with your trickery you paint an illusion that only the blind can find.

You see, it is said that a hindrance of sight surrenders a swell in sense. Thus, only those with eyes born of smoke may lead the way. The reason being is fear gives a most pungent aroma, and truth is concealed within the skip of a beat. So if something seems amiss you must believe only the edge of your seat.

Follow that trickle of a prickle down the edge of your spine. My spine, I mean mine...

One can do nothing but watch as reality seeps through the cracks of insanity allowing realization to dawn upon the shadow of perception. It is not pain or at least not that of the physical kind, for truth has surfaced with its constant subconscious guardian, fear.

The fear of truth is not in not knowing, but more so the apprehension preceding reality. Because between the time it takes for your eyes to recognize a bitter fate and your mind to grasp reality, a heart can descent into disparity.

When it comes to choosing the lesser of two evils, I will always take that of the physical kind over that of the mind. So show me mercy by leaving me suspended within my own illusion, and as my eyes smoke over and trace the outline of one hand, let me blindly forget the other.
