The Rock

by Emmanuel Pineda   Nov 15, 2012

Through the seas and through the storms,
Through the breeze as it transforms
Into a sunny warm reform.

I've stood here strong since the begining of time,
Since the sun appeared and shined sublime.

I will be here until the sun burns out,
And the earth's life drought with nothing to sprout.

Nothing will move me.
Not the oceans powerful waves or the winds thunderous song.
No matter how long
I'll be here, standing strong.
