I think I think too much...

Sleep evades me, as I sit here thinking, that I think I think too much, all I've been doing lately is thinking, and what do I have to show for it...
A huge pile of nothing, expect maybe sleep loss, and a few more questions that I can't answer, oh and to many thoughts left unfinished...
Like what do I do, and where should I, and who do I, oh and can't forget I love...
So many thoughts running around up there, it's all I can do to stay sane, but what is sanity?

    I love this because I can relate to it well. The thoughts just never stop and even when we think " these never stop" it leads us to more thougths and they become never ending.

    I would suggest you break the poem up a little bit more, just in my opinion it would look more appealing because your content is worth reading and I am sure many others will relate to it.

    Same thing happens 2 me. i end up thinking all day , then when i go to lay down getting ready to go to sleep thoughts keep me awake.
