Here and now

It all seems so impossible,
the events of the last year.
A real roller coaster ride,
full of emotion the biggest being fear.
Yet here we are we have made it,
we have stuck to what we believe.
Its taken something special in us,
to be able to retrieve.
The love we shared long ago,
it seems just like yesterday.
But yesterday is here now,
and now we are here to stay.
