I think the title is one of the most important parts of a poem, it's what draws the reader in. I have high respect for people that carefully choose their title and use something meaningful or descriptive. Your's is quite brilliant and the poem is as well.

The title, I agree with others made me think and created a want to know what follows the word... The adjectives used to describe you and your lover is creative and fancy... Though this piece is short, It is more to the point, crisp and apt. You didn't wander around and said it all precisely. In the end, the use of the word 'conjunction' is creative and unique to stand for 'mate' or 'love'.
And I think that word inspired you to name the title because at the end, I understood the gist of your title which I think is ANDing two lovers to one..

The title was so cleverly chosen, I loved it!

Its short, clear and straight to the point. Sometimes short pieces like this one can say loads and loads of things in just few simple words.
