Mercy! This was such a beautiful write ... as you know Im a huge fan of nature tones mixed in with love poetry.. so I was speechless... but then I adore eyes when used in a love poem.. because in the eyes, you can see the true feelings... the eyes say it all.... Beautiful!! just Beautiful!!

This brought back memories of when I wrote a poem about eyes and comparing them to the ocean and the earth, except that mine was abstract XD. However, this was so delicately written. I just love that so much.

I like the in take of mountains and the alps, of use of winter and pretty much everything about this piece. I also liked that you mention "and everything north".. the eyes are cold perhaps as white snow.. the sight of it, I'm guessing. And white snow is often used to indicate purity. So The sight would be captivating.

I love how you tie nature in with love. Makes it that much more romantic. They way that you penned it gave me chills, and I had to read it three times, just because I liked it that much. Absolutely beautiful piece.
