Black Tomb

by Baby Rainbow   Nov 25, 2012

Stuck inside this desolate tomb,
isolated and withdrawn,
becoming numb...

( because the outside world must never see )

Trapped inside this comfortless stone
until fresh bruises fade and blend
into scars from the past...

( because the outside world must never see )

Black eyes, black tears,
black shadows on the concrete walls
surrounding my black heart...

( because the outside world must never see )

A broken rag doll shredded apart
and thrown into her cage of
loneliness to recover...

( because the outside world must never see )

And one black morning, a black sun will rise
creaking black doors will open
to reveal an empty tomb...

... because the outside world could never see her.

    I feel your pain Saffie.
    Truly, I do.

I can't bring myself to really
    comment on this write. =/

But there is going to come a time when
the sun shines brightly on you...
Those doors will creak open and set you free <3
