That last statement left me in a state of melancholy...

This whole piece touched me more than words can describe, sometimes I find myself wondering how others can pin point an exact emotion we have within when sometimes we fail to put it out in words.

That's a truly enticing piece. I like your emotions here. It's somehow new from you to write sadness. Amazing write, Larry!

    I like the title.

The missing ones or the lost ones.

Its terrible feeling to not remember. Often times, when I was a kid I would wish to not remember until I found out that grandpa had alzheimer. Then I realized the importance of remembering even the bad things that happen in life.

Though in this piece, I can't quiet get if its because someone forgot due to an illness or because this someone had too many drinks. But my initial though was alzheimer. This piece might not be about this, however, I like it. It had good imagery, I could picture someone confused while trying to find the answers to those questions.

EDIT: I knew I was forgetting something, and not paying antention to the entired piece.

The title says it, it's about those people who go on vacations and they attract attention from unwanted people. So towards the end, the tourist become a missing person. His/her body is not found or he/she is lost.

Absolutely loved reading this. It was quite intriguing and emotional and by the end you find yourself hurting. That feeling of searching for someone lost...it is a pain like none other. The franticness, despair and wondering.

    Painful and beautiful poem.
