I've read this a dozen times and fall in love with it a little more each time. Sighhhh.

First stanza: I adore how you said the smell of fading love... that's amazing. Like who knew love had a scent? And a silent storm... seriously, you are so creative.

Second: It's so painful to watch the one you love slowly begin to withdraw from you and the love you once shared. There's really nothing you can do... you can try to fix whats broken, but if they won't help or aren't feeling it on their end, it's done... there's nothing you can do but watch them go.

Third: Beautiful metaphor. You knew it was coming... yet you didn't realize it would be this soon.
