    That actually feels lonely. A very nice poem, I thought I just heard music while reading it. Seemed perfect.

    I like the perspective in this piece and how it stands out from others of it's kind. not even necessarily others of the same theme but others in the same basic mindset (if that makes any sense - so sorry if it doesn't.)

    I agree with the first comment, this piece does feel lonely, but it kind of gives it more flavor that way. I enjoyed the thoughts I had after reading this and rereading it. i am truly a fan of this one.

    "Is the past forever stronger then the nameless?
    No protection in a drifting vortex of memories.
    Must I first drown in a mask of my own making to end this unspoken burden?...."

    This piece really stands out.

    We will all at some point in our lives feel like a burden but someone somewhere will still be trying to guide us through with their helping hands though we may not feel like that once the burdened state sets it.
