Trees that dot the landscape prove that men may die alone obsessed with the persistent idea islands lie unrooted. Every man is truly an island connected to all fundamentally by common ground unseen by surface vision. Desert island palm speaks in the wind of loneliness while roots hug the surface rather than digging deep. Mighty oaks plunge down pulling water from the center sending messages of strength through tendrils that explore. Men put down roots easily enough without concern to isolation yet always find them intertwined with multitudes on every side.
