Words ill never say

A familiar face in a room i once knew.
Our friendship was strong, tighter than glue.

Our paths changed and we grew quite apart.
I still love you, always in my heart.

Every word you tell me cuts me deep like a knife.
Sometimes i wonder who you are, and how you came into my life.

The wound it grows bigger as you begin to yell and scream.
I wish i could mute you, i wish this were a dream.

I cant quite explain why you break my heart in two.
Those harsh words wilt my heart into an emotion quite dark blue.

The more that you insult me , my tears become frozen in time.

My love for you fades, as it becomes sour like lime.
