Missed reading your poetry Dawn! Hope you're doing alright. This poem said so much, it speaks those thoughts we may have hidden. I was left speechless. The way you spoke about grey gives me shivers because it's like it seeps into your soul... I love the structure of your poem and the way you ended it by saying you've traveled this lonesome road too long. Don't give up hope.....even with a long road ahead of you someone will come by at some point to lift you up :]
