Her smile

by Abby   Jan 10, 2013

She faked the world into believing
That she was fine
Her best lie hidden in plain sight
Right upon her face
For them all to see and believe
Even professional were deceived
But what a lie
Can you see what's up her sleeves?
A track of red lines
Oh my but the girl smiles
She hides it well the tears that never fail to come at night
What does the girl hide behind a happy smile?
Nothing because she's fine
Why would she lie?

    Great poem
We deceive others and pretend to be
'happy' why would anyone question what is beneath.
