A Strong Will

by Kiino   Jan 18, 2013

I, have led, over ten thousandths of young but seasoned soldiers
Across barren outskirts of winter nations, ever under Baltic shower
Around islands of pleasant, temperate tropics, with sweetest vegetation.
I, together with my young, but seasoned soldiers
have conquered no kingdoms, have reached countless destinations
yet still, have seen favored light upon infinite, pyrrhic conquests.
Still, have overpowered behemoths from miraculous journeys.

I, together with my seasoned soldiers
may have marched miles as to ten Holy Crusades combined,
may have aged through passage of time.
But- as long as we still see the sky and water merge,
I and my faithful, unmoved soldiers
shall traverse even the darkest, fiery, depths of hell.

I just get the impression you are talking about young children here...why do I think that...I'm really not sure to be honest?

It just seems like some sort of play theme if you know what I mean...sorry if I'm totally wrong...can't get this idea out of my head now that it's in there :)

      Actually, you are right :)

To be honest, there are a lot of street children here in my country. They do all sorts of thing to get pass through a day. They don't have families, or relatives. Sometimes I give them cents, 'cause it's the least i could do. I do pity them for not having a well-off life like other children.
