The Ever Spirited Heart

by Kiino   Jan 20, 2013

Oh, enthusiastically beating heart!
While you're all hype and fidgety
over this sweet-scented lady.
Spare your grins 'til the moments depart!

Your lord knows no beguiling flattery,
nor prince-like gestures
and skinship pleasures.
For all he has nothing but honesty.

Each quick yet heavy banging of your drums
trembled his dripping hand.
'Til this love turns to sand
Oh, dear friend silence your jittery strums!

Know your young lord's desire.
Just a blissful summer
while sitting next to her.
Play melodies later, when birds retire.

Yet if your lord plunders her pristine lips,
or slips through her bare nape.
Know this might be his fate
for this moment's when no heart ever sits!
