This tears won't stop falling
Longing to hold you again
Regretting all that I've done
All Mighty take your pain

There's no one to blame
For you no longer mine
These tears won't bring you back
And it has given me nightmares

You've been taken away
Away from this misery

You are my earth angel
Life becomes so shitty
After you rest in peace
Leaving me down here

Now up high in the sky
You've become the brightest star
You've shine like a diamond
Looking down smiling without torment

(R.I.P Mercy, 24.02.06 ~ you were a friend, a cute kitten, a nice companion to me until one day you were taken away from me. I miss you, beautiful!)

    Very touching poem to someone who has meant very much to you and this is about the loss of them but also about them now looking after you and becoming your guiding star.

    Natasha, it's hard to lose someone, even a kitten. I could relate to your poem. I loved the flow for its simplicity. Great write.

    You know, I could relate in some way, Though I know the feeling of losing a doggy. Its similar. I like the ending and also the love felt because you knew it was for the best to free the kitten from the pain and misery.
