For all the days counted, plus
all the days spent restricted,
due to the severity of incidents
whereby injuries were inflicted,
maximum fines shall be levied
for all misuse of equipment and
reviews will be scheduled to
decide continued employment.
By current measures of severity
the injured may be granted
transition according to the
requirements in the handbook
of provisions which states
for the affected party:
"Injuries suffered as a direct
result of inadequate supply
distribution must be reimbursed
by the party at fault. However,
if it is determined that the
contested injury is a result
of the injured partys own
negligence, then the settlement
is subject to reassessment."
Let it be known that all parties are subject to
Federal Safety Regulations and all failures to
properly participate may be cause for
