A child's mind.

by Yatubeera Resty   Feb 17, 2013

Always so negligent of life
Yet so intrigue of the sourrounding
Bears only thought of its understanding
Never assessing situations
But always, ready to obsorb all it can
Even when uncertain of the meaning.

Yes, achild's mind

So fresh and willing
Always bearing and accepting
Neither deep or shallow
Quick or slow
Operating as it desires
For it is amind of its own

How quickly we lose the simpliest of having one
An open mind
For we get lost in so much Even that which we cannot bare.

As i sit and watch my young sister lost in her drawings, i realised how far apart her mind z from this universe and all it bears.
She wants to learn yet if she does, she will lose her simple mind.
