Frustration

by LostForWords   Mar 2, 2013

I don't want your words
and I don't need them.
You think you have all
the answers. But I dont
want to hear them.You
compare me to how you
used to be, how you didn't
make mistakes. But I really
don't care.

I do things my way.
If you don't like it,
there is the door.
I'll gladly hold open it for you.
You frustrate me so much,
you stand there with such
arrogance.

Your voice is trapped in
my head like an aneurysm.
You persist with your
constant viciousness.
I try to block out your presence,
but the frustration still lingers.

I just want you to understand
that it's not easy. Not everything
is black and white as you
make it out to be. I still suffer
with grief and maybe that
is my weakness.

Natures breath makes me
feel better as I walk through
the concrete jungle. I know
that it won't last long. Soon
I will have to return to where
my frustration begins.
