To my hearts love

You make the stars look like fireflies.
Because of you no other light shines.
You make me feel like I can fly.
You're a beauty no one can define.
You can only admire and smile, and in my case say wow.

You walk with me, and with every step you capture me.
With every breath you make me think
Of what life would be without you and me.
It doesn't matter if we're wrong or right.
It doesn't matter if we're rich or poor

Because each time I see you I want more.
I want more of someone I don't deserve.
Though you feel it's not up to me,
And you love me to this day.
It's hard being with you and yet so far away.

Though you always have hope that you'll see me one day.
And when you do you wish to be next to me every day.
I'm the one you gave your love to and I'm the one who's supposed to love you.
