Soon to be mother

You are the unborn child deep inside of me,
like a tiny seed that turns into a tree.

You are the child made out of love,
with a little help from the man upstairs above.

In nine months I will give birth to a girl or a boy,
and share with my family this wonderful joy.

    A lovely poem about having children :) it's very beautiful! 5/5. Since getting on this website I spent most of my time going through poems that talk about misery and depression but I think it's time to leave these terrible aspects of gloom and move on to the brighter and happier side of life, to concentrate on beauty and not ugliness, to strive to have a good life and therefore to read and write about it as well and not let the depressing and sad things drag you down so you can revel in it. Thanks for the poem.
