^Ha, I can totally hear the sarcasm in your voice which fits all too well with what he has said and how he probably means none of it.

The ending was perfect! I can only imagine how much pain he put you through. Something physical like that is something you probably will never forget unfortunately. But though it may hurt, you will never let it show which shows so much strength. Anyone who hurts you physically or emotionally, or even both, does not deserve your love. Stay strong as always, I'm glad you have poetry as your release. Nicely done!

Jenni! I liked how your poems always seemed so raw and it shows that your aren't afraid of letting go of your emotions in your poems. It drew a really clear picture of what you were going through and usually it's this sense of closeness between the reader and the author which makes it a piece worth reading. Not many can convey their feeling across in such a seemingly effortless manner. I especially loved the first verse and i am one with vivid imagination so imagine the impact of that verse on me Haha.
