Stormy

by NickyD1325   Mar 18, 2013

Hit by a gust of wind,
Like a knockout punch to the chin.
When I saw your smile shine so bright,
Like the sun in the sky after a long stormy night.

Frozen in a blizzard's chill,
Your eyes are like a paralyzing pill.
And those eyes shall never shed rain,
Cause never to you, I would bring pain.

Spotted faster than a tornado's twist,
Trying to look away, my eyes couldn't resist.
Screams in my head like a hurricane's gust,
"Make her mine is something I must!"

More electrifying than a lightning bolt,
A shock through my body giving my heart a jolt,
When I hear your voice over the phone,
Wanting you next to me when I'm alone.

Thank you, the girls name is actually Stormy. So I did the best I could to make just about everything weather related.
