This cannot possibly get cuter if you tried your hardest. What an incredibly sweet poem. You took something as simple as a wrinkle and turned it into something so deep and meaningful.

"It wasn't there the day we met,
    in time it grew larger
    than any ocean,
wider than skies far an wide."

^^This says so much. It shows that your life together was obviously filled with happiness and it continued for years. The laugh lines here are not ones that make someone self conscious. They are memories - and a definition of your relationship. Which is totally adorable.

"my lover; if you catch me staring
at you, it's surely because of
those lines, and my endless fluttering
of a heartbeat, each time you smile."

^That was absolutely my favorite part in this poem. It's got a kind of shy, still flirty feel about it, even though you've been together for a while. It makes me feel as though you/the speaker has butterflies when looking into the face of your significant other that you've seen for so long.

    SOOO cute.

Sigh** I love the bit about catching you stare at him, I find staring to be a gesture that can say so much....make us think so much...sounds like something that I could write about!

This was such a wonderful dedication to your hubby! I find the love you two have to be totally inspiring!

    I love it, love you!
