Lost Wings

by Jack Nightengale   Mar 23, 2013

Here I sit again,
Chained and bound for a sin.
Tears of blood run down my face,
My heart has stopped beating, no longer does it race.

With this hole in my chest,
I can now be laid to rest.
But, the monster inside is still alive,
It's tearing through my soul just t survive.

Cover in blood and other things,
This monster lives because I lost my wings.
